The process starts with the business, not with a package. Understanding comes first. The shape of the work follows from what we find.
You tell us about the business
The application asks about what you sell, who you sell to, where the business stands and what you think is wrong. It takes a few minutes and it is read properly.
No obligation attached to sending it.
We understand the situation
We look at the business, the market it operates in and the answers you gave. If we need more context, we ask for it before suggesting anything.
This happens before any proposal.
We discuss the direction
If there is a fit, we talk it through: what we think is holding the business back, what the work would involve, and which engagement makes sense.
If there is no fit, we tell you.
The engagement begins
Scope, priorities and ways of working are agreed in writing. Then the work starts where it matters most, and continues through implementation.
You always know what is being worked on and why.
What working together feels like
Direct, prepared and unhurried.
Sessions are prepared in advance rather than improvised. You get a clear view of what we think, including the parts you may not want to hear. Priorities are written down so your team is not guessing.
We work with the people who make decisions. If the founder is in the room, progress is usually much faster. Between sessions, work happens on both sides, and we stay reachable while it does.
