Iconiq Consulting is a business consulting firm. We work with founders, entrepreneurs and ambitious companies in India and beyond on the things that decide where the business goes next.
Why it exists
Good businesses get stuck for ordinary reasons.
A business rarely fails because of one dramatic event. It slows down because the offer drifted, or the positioning got vague, or enquiries stopped converting, or the team grew while the structure stayed the same. None of those look urgent on their own. Together they cost years.
Iconiq exists to find those constraints early and work on them directly. That means understanding the business properly before proposing anything, then working on the few areas that change the outcome rather than everything at once.
The firm is led by Samyak Negwal, Founder & CEO. We work from Chandigarh, India with clients across India, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh and other markets.
