Iconiq Consulting is a business consulting firm. We work on direction, positioning, growth and structure. Some engagements include work on marketing, brand or digital assets when that is where the constraint sits, but the engagement is a consulting engagement, not an agency retainer.

We operate from Chandigarh, India and work with clients across India, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh and other markets. Most of the work happens remotely with scheduled sessions, and travel can be arranged where it is genuinely useful.

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee commercial outcomes in someone else's business. What we do commit to is preparation, directness and work on the areas that matter most.

The basics about the business, where it stands commercially, the biggest problem you see, what you have already tried, what you are trying to achieve and the kind of support you are looking for. Honest answers are more useful than polished ones.

Your application is reviewed. If there is a possible fit, we get in touch to continue the conversation. If there is not, you will not be pushed into anything.
